• Re-paint trim on the house
• Add shutters to front window
• Re-paint baseboards
• Paint & re-decorate bathroom
• Re-paint back porch
• Grass in back yard
• New range hood and sink for kitchen
• New back door
  

I will be happy if 2 of these things get accomplished!
